We are two for two with Mireille Guiliano and The French Women Don’t Get Fat Cookbook. This was fantabulous.
There actually isn’t any nutrition information in this book, so I can’t really say that this is low-calorie. I can say that the servings were pretty generous, which is impressive because this only calls for 10 ounces of pasta and a mere half pound of sausage.
Did I mention pecorino and Parmesan? What more do you need?
Of course I don’t want to discount the importance of the little trees.
