I pulled this recipe of Better Homes & Gardens right around this time last year. At that time I had just made a jar of mustard. That jar is long gone now, but here we are.
One thing the title doesn’t say is actually what kind of sausage. The recipe suggests pepperoni, salami, or sopressata. Personally, I went with door number 3. You can see a little nugget hiding in there.
And here is the sopressata in its natural state.
I recommend use in moderation.
This was a hit in my house. And it was easy. Just boil the potatoes and toss. Okay, so you do have to make your own dressing, but at least you don’t have to make your own mustard. If you haven’t made dressing before you should really try it. It is usually easy and well worth it.
