Here’s a lesson in not judging.
Especially when you hear the ingredients:
8 ounces of lean ground turkey
12 ounce bag of broccoli slaw
1 cup Hunt’s Manwich Sauce
Oops. I just realized I used the whole can. Well, maybe my servings were more than 136 calories like Hungry Girl said, but they were SO good. The recipe didn’t call for it, but how can you have a sloppy joe without a bun? I used a 100-calorie sandwich thin. That still qualifies as under 300 and Lisa Lillien’s book is called 300 Under 300, so what gives? I’ll tell you. This section of the book is for trios. That’s it: 3-ingredient recipes. Seriously, anyone can cook and you should be ashamed of yourself each time you hit the drive-thru.
