Warm Bittersweet Chocolate Cakes

This recipe from Sharon O’Connor didn’t really seem like all that.  It was just your basic chocolate cake recipe, except that it had brown sugar.    I’m not sure it was supposed to be quite so sunken, but it was moist and went great with ice cream.

  1. Sometimes I have that happen with a new recipe. It is really disappointing. But there seems to be so many variables. I am at sea level and sometimes that has an effect on baking.
