I can’t help but think that this is the French version of chili. A squeeze of lime, a little cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. Sound familiar? Well, this time it’s actually creme fraiche.
One other difference is that Jake was actually willing to try the chili. This time around I am on my own. Fine by me. Besides, Elizabeth Bard in Lunch in Paris says that you can freeze this. This is a good thing. I’m pretty sure I won’t get around to finishing this off before we leave for vacation. This is a perfect fall dinner.
