Hot Buttered Rum Cheesecake

With Brown Sugar-Rum Sauce.

I guess I should start by confessing that I licked the plate.  The. Sauce. Is. Amazing.

The cheesecake itself has not one, not two, not even three, but FIVE packages of cream cheese.  What more could you ask for?

Betty Crocker’s Fall Baking at it’s finest.  Here’s the recipe.   Just make sure you set aside nine hours to chill it.   Since I haven’t had to work since last Wednesday I’ve had plenty of time for chillin.  Yeah, I’m pretty much bragging.  It bites you in the ass, though, tomorrow I have to work 9 to 5.  But I do have vacation next week.
