Orecchiette with Toasted Bread Crumbs

I know.  I never would have guessed, but you can make an actual meal out of bread crumbs.

Of course it doesn’t hurt to add some prosciutto.  This is another amazingly simple recipe from Giada and Everyday Italian.  Just brown some bread crumbs in olive oil, toss in the pasta, prosciutto, and a little parmesan.  The pretty plate is optional.

Eat Well and Savor.
