With Orange-Cream Frosting.
I know. It doesn’t get much better than this. Well, maybe the frosting could be a little thicker, but since they come in at 260 calories each I can’t complain.
Of course Jake is eating them two at a time.
I pulled these out of the Whole Foods flyer in June of 2010.
I thought I would be patriotic about it, even though I’m a few weeks early.
Since the recipe makes two dozen I also thought I would use these acrylic cups that I had lying around. I gotta say, I didn’t love them.
The recipe says to beat two cups of powdered sugar with 1/2 cup canola oil.
If I didn’t know better I would think that I had made lard.
There’s something to be said for semi-sweet chocolate chips.
