Crostini with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Chickpeas

Well, as you can imagine, I’ve been pretty busy with the move.  Also, I’ve had a few rush orders this week.  The point here is that I don’t really have a lot to say about this crostini.  Shocking, I know.

Seriously, I got nothing.  Maybe it’s the wine.

Oh wait, here’s something:  this is from Giada and Everyday Italian.

And even more:  there were no leftovers.
