That may not sound exciting and trust me when I tell you that it looks even less exciting, but this was very tasty and filling. This is my first recipe from Giada De Laurentiis and her book Everyday Italian. I have a love/hate relationship with Giada. On the one hand, I love Italian food and her California style. On the other hand, I can’t stand those teeth, the cleavage, how she talks with her mouth full, or the way she exploits her kid on her show. I am willing to overlook all of that for some more tasty meals.
I’m really sorry that I didn’t put this on a bed of arugula to spruce it up a bit for the picture.
