Black Bean Mexican-Style Pizza

I know, I know, I just made tortilla pizza last week.  Cut me some slack, this was just an excuse to make Black Bean Dip.  And I wasn’t disappointed.  The dip ingredients included all the usual suspects, but the lime juice actually stood out.

Suffice it to say I will be making some tortilla chips and using the rest of the dip in the tradtional manner.  Also, in case you were wondering, that is cabbage on top of that.  I guess that’s Ellie Krieger’s substitute for cheese.  You guessed it, this is from The Food You Crave
