I don’t know a lot about broccolini, except that I like it. If it wasn’t so late and if my job hadn’t been a rush order I might have done a little research for you. That will have to wait for next time. For today just pictures and the usual rave review for Ellie Krieger and her book So Easy.
This version of Florentine has ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes, which I wholeheartedly give two thumbs up. Said broccolini so simple and worth it. Just some lemon and oil and salt and pepper, done.
