Although it’s pretty cold right now in Atlanta, so soup sounds like a good idea. Instead I made Miso-Glazed Cod. Well, technically it was sea bass. No cod at Whole Foods?
To go along with the cod imposter I made a Snow Pea, Scallion , and Radish Salad . . . without the scallions of course. I cannot tell I lie, I don’t love radishes either, but I was willing to give them a try. It did make for a pretty picture and a crunchy salad. The dressing was rice vinegar and walnut oil.
